Hi Mum, it was just Sophie and I today in one of my favourite places behind where Sophie lives. I started out a little subdued but after relieving myself a few times I was back to me again and charging about like a lunatic. I was especially good today Rachael said and I had bags of fun.

Hi Mum, today I took everyone to Kettlebrook again since we had such a good time yesterday. I literally ran through the water and splashed everybody, then we met two other labradors and had a run about in the woods. Time for a sleep now. Love Sophie xx
