Hi Mum, today I went to see my friends Stan and Teal, we had a good time in the park, (I had a bit of diarrhoea, went a couple of times!) I was full of beans though, we saw some cows, then went to have a play by the river, I got a bit muddy, but I soon washed it off in the other part of the river, it was so refreshing.
Time for a sleep now.
