Hi Mum, I met a new friend today called Meg, she's a lot older and wiser than me so I liked her instantly, Rachael thought it might help me if she came along and it did cause I was a lot more confident with her around. We went for a stroll down the canal together and a run in the park it was great fun. Here are pictures of us together.
