Hi Mum, today was fun, I was full of beans, it appears I can run for much longer now and not get out of breath, Rachael used to be able to hear me coming, not anymore, fit as a fiddle I am. I had a nice swim and played with Rachael for a bit with a stick, the sun came out, we went into the woods, then back out to the fields, I do love my walks with my pals.
