Dog of the Week

I am pleased to announce that this week’s Walking Paws Dog of the Week goes to Poppy.  Poppy has been exceptional this week, coming when requested and not dilly dallying as much as usual.  We managed to get a picture of Poppy with her award on Friday and have a few words with her.

Walking Paws – Poppy, how does it feel to be this weeks’ winner of the Dog of the Week award?

Poppy – I always think I’m going to win the award, so now I am the winner it really has not come as a surprise.  Getting a liver treat was the best part for me.

Walking Paws – What do you think you did different this week to any other week?

Poppy – I have realised that it is well worth the trouble leaving any smell behind to run to Rachael when she asks me just to see the smile on her face and the liver from her pocket.
