Dog of the Week

It gives me great pleasure to award this weeks Dog of the Week to Hollie.  Hollie has shown great consistency this week and a marked improvement on the lead, she has been attentive and a professional good girl.

We were able to capture a photo of Hollie just after she was informed out in the field and she agreed to an interview so long as it’s quick, because she’s very busy.

Walking Paws – ‘Hollie, may I firstly congratulate you on your significant achievement this week, you must be so proud of yourself?’

Hollie – ‘Thank you, yes I am very proud’, Hollie quickly turns her head away at the sight of a bird!

Walking Paws – ‘Do you have any comment for our viewers on why you think you achieved the award this week’

Hollie – ‘well my family have helped me hugely with understanding what is (pause to look away) did you just see a bird?’ Walking Paws ‘no Hollie, please answer the question’.  Hollie ‘yes of course, where was I, to understand what is expected of me on the lead, and let me say this, without Rachael’s direction and support this couldn’t (another pause as her attention is caught once again) have been possible, added to that, Rachael made us liver treats which taste absolutely delicious which I feel created a massive incentive for me to do well’
